Celebrating 37 Years!
Welcome to the NAA ... During this new millenium, Nevada will reflect on its past and celebrate its future. State government must play a role in this exercise and what better way than through the arts.
To paraphrase Public Law 89-209 which created the National Endowment for the Arts ... while no government can call a great artist into existence, it is necessary and appropriate for those of us in public office to help create and sustain an environment which promotes creativity, for it is mankind's imagination that will lift us from isolated individualism to shared understanding.
